“In 2012, the Podlaskie Association for the Promotion of Fine Arts (Podlaskie Towarzystwo Zachęty Sztuk Pięknych, PTZSP) published Zbiór otwarty. Prace z Kolekcji II Galerii Arsenał w Białymstoku i Podlaskiego Towarzystwa Zachęty Sztuk Pięknych / Open Set. Works from Kolekcja II of Galeria Arsenał in Białystok and Podlaskie Towarzystwo Zachęty Sztuk Pięknych. It was a second publication that can be considered a partial catalogue of Collection II. It contains a selection of over a hundred and twenty artworks from that collection, amassed since 1991. The current book, Zbiór otwarty 2. Prace z Kolekcji II Galerii Arsenał w Białymstoku / Open Set 2. Works from Kolekcja II of Galeria Arsenał in Białystok, was conceived as a continuation of the former; it constitutes its second volume, covering works not included in the earlier one, including acquisitions made from 2012 to 2023.”
