Galeria Arsenal in Bialystok invites to an exhibition IN SPITE OF EVERYTHING. The Ukrainian Laureates of the Kazimir Malevich Award at the Gallery of Polish Institute in Düsseldorf.

The exhibition “IN SPITE OF EVERYTHING” will feature the works of four laureates of the Kazimir Malevich Award: Alevtina Kakhidze, Stas Volyazlovsky, Zhanna Kadyrova and Lada Nakoneczna

29 April 2015, 18.00 – panel discussion entitled “DEMOCRACY AND ART. ART AND WARTIME” including artists will be hosted by Dr. Alexander Schwarz, translated by Nadja Simon.

29 April 2015, 19.00/19.30 – opening of the exhibition, during the opening a performance “Bad face of Ukraine” by Lada Nakonechna will take place.
