The workshops with students of visual arts will be carried out by Elzbieta Jablonska as a part of a project at Colegiul de Arte Plastice “Al. Plamadeala” in Chisinau, Moldova from 29 May until 1 June 2014.
The project aims to inspire future Moldovian artists with activities in the field of aesthetic education on the one hand and the integration of artistic environments of the Eastern Partnership countries on the other. Since few years we have been carrying out projects focusing on different levels of collaboration within Eastern Partnership, mostly the exhibitions. However, we organized workshops in 2012 at the Art Academy in Kiev and in 2013 in Tbilisi. They included a lecture, workshops and a joint presentation concluding the workshops. Through our experience we know, that in the area of art education – practice makes perfect. Our project will be an opportunity for students to become familiar with new work methods and continue similar activities with children and teens. Elżbieta Jabłońska, who is going to held the workshops, will introduce her own program and innovative methods of working with young people. The workshops will be concluded with a joint presentation for a wider audience.
The project is co-organized by culture.pl
