Competition for urban and architectural conception of programme and spatial development of old power station for the Arsenal Gallery’s purposes and Białka river embankment development between Świętojańska and Elektryczna street in Białystok.
The deadline for submission was 18 April 2012. The results of the competition were announced on 25 April 2012.
