Why is it so unattractive in Poland? Why are there so few great architectural structures and so many – poor ones? Why there is so much depressing inertia, chaos of the cities and districs in a public space? Is it a question of a bad aesthetics of Polish people, wrong regulations or ineptitude of authorities?
