The exhibition of an American film maker, visual artist and experimentator Reynold Reynolds who lives and works in Berlin. In his projections, the artist manipulates time, space and the physics of the worls. Reynolds takes advantage of the film “magic” to consider the basic existential issues. Each realized film can be perceived as a kind of a para scientific experiment.

18:00 – 24:00 An exhibition of the design workshop outcomes with AZE design

The participants of design workshops that were organized in May 11-13, under the guidance of the designers from AZE design studio, were working on the furnishing and spatial solution aimed at the renovated educational room of the Arsenal Gallery. The workshop participants will test what are the effects of the intersection of professional knowledge and practical experience with perceptiveness and sensitivity of designers-amateurs while using wood-based materials of the project’s sponsor, Pfleiderer company. The projects of produced solutions will be presented during the Museum’s Night May 19/20, 2012 at the Arsenal Gallery – an exhibition summarizing the workshop results.

20:00-24:00 Monika Drożyńska „Embroider yourself”

The project Embroider yourself! is aimed at all those who are angry.The embroidery will be a solution to express negative feelings, and an enormous fabric will be a space prepared by Monika Drozyńska. The artist will help all those who are unskilled in needlework. The accumulation of embroidery will make the negative words illegible.

Project Wrzeszcz was presented for the first time on October 9, 2011 in Gdańska within the frames of Transvisualia Festival. Meeting of the artists from Gdańsk at the interface of two media: a combination of electronics, acoustic instruments, ambient sounds and video work. The synthesis of improvisation and sound interpretation of the image. The video work by Anna Witkowska constitutes a spatial essay on environment, that is of a particular urban infrastructure of Wrzeszcz.
