Galeria Arsenał has joined the program “Kultura Dostępna” (Accessible Culture)

We are pleased to inform you that Galeria Arsenał in Białystok has joined “Kultura Dostępna” (Accessible Culture) program.
Accordingly, from 14 March 2015 (Saturday) the ticket to the Galeria Arsenał, ul. A. Mickeiwcza 2 and Galeria Arsenał power station, ul. Elektryczna 13 for students under 26 will cost 1 zloty.

One of the programme’s objectives is to intensify and extend the range of initiatives intended firstly to eradicate obstacles in access to culture and to increase the awareness of a need to become involved. These are the objectives of strategic actions undertaken by Professor Małgorzata Omilanowska, the Minister of Culture and National Heritage.

ACCESSIBLE CULTURE is a comprehensive catalogue of actions undertaken by the Ministry, its various institutions and cultural organisations managed by local authorities. The initiatives are aimed at various social groups, and in particular to persons who, for various reasons (health problems, low income, age, place of residence), have issues with being involved in cultural events.
