ELŻBIETA JABŁOŃSKA – Experience on demand

Experience on demand is for the Arsenal Gallery an opportunity to present contemporary art, which is usually seen in galleries and museums, in the public space. On the one hand, it is a possibility for a direct contact with art of the best quality in a place we do not expect. In the place that changes the art perception and in a sense brings it closer to real life.

On the other hand, the works proposed by the Arsenal Gallery to be presented in public space like the buses of public transport are chosen in a particular way.

The works that we present are the messages sent from artists. Simultaneously it is an attempt to focus our attention on a problem of more general nature. “Is your mind full of good?” is a title of the work realized by Elżbieta Jabłońska, which begins our presentation. The artist with an amazing sense of humour, who focuses on the issue of everyday life, care for relatives, efforts to make the world better, but also creating critical commentaries on stereotypes.

We hope that in such a way art presentation will also promote exhibitions presented at the Arsenal Gallery.

We are planning to present the works by: Elżbieta Jabłońska, Jadwiga Sawicka, Daniel Rumiancew, Piotr Lutyński, Oskar Dawicki and two artists from Bialystok: Marzanna Morozewicz and Agnieszka Tarasiuk.
