07.05.2015 – 31.10.2015

Galeria Arsenal invites to a meeting from the series „I am a bit in low spirits by a company of pigeons”.

In 2015 we will organize 6 meetings that will be devoted to different aspects of photography and video. The works from Kolekcja II of the Galeria Arsenal will become a starting point of our consideration and creative attempts.

In 2015 the workshops wil be carried out by:

Katarzyna Zabłocka a photographer, teacher at the Artur Grottger High School of Arts and Crafts in Suprasl and lecturer at the Faculty of Architecture, Bialystok University of Technology

Agata Michowska – a sculpturer, the author of videos and installations, the lecturer at Academy of Art in Szczecin

Urszula Dąbrowska – a journalist, curator of photography projects, specializes in archival photography

Another meeting is scheduled for 7 May, carried out by Katarzyna Zabłocka.

Workshop title: „Real visualisations / Lifeshapes – NORMAN LETO‘’

Due to limited seats available, prior entries should be sent by email to: m.godlewska@galeria-arsenal.pl

The key questions we will try to answer:

− Which methods in a video can we use to visualise emotions, states, processes?

− Why did the artist in his statement on lifeshapes use 3D animations?

− What is a collage film?

The workshops are carried out as part of a project 'Arsenal Playground 2015'.

Partially funded from the means of the Minister of Culture and National Heritage of the Republic of Poland.
