ELŻBIETA JABŁOŃSKA – culinary meeting ‘Nutritious substance’

Participation in the workshops is free.

We welcome women from Bialystok to make preserves together, to talk about food, the traditions of making provisions and food processing. We have also invited a group of Chcechen women to participate in the meeting. Those who have lived in Bialystok for years and who have arrived in Bialystok quite recently. While preparing jars for winter, nibbling and tasting the dishes which were prepared together, we hope for an interesting autumn afternoon.

Everything will happen under the guidance of an outstanding artist known for, among other things, culinary actions and feeding the guests at the opening, Elżbieta Jabłońska.
