Today, the young people of Ukraine have to seek out their way and rebuild their future. In times of war, while age-related challenges persist, circumstances have become considerably more difficult.
Times of crisis, forced displacement, sudden change of surroundings, re-examination of values, difficult emotional conditions: under such circumstances, no one has the capacity to instruct young people on how to do better; multiple decisions have to be made independently.
Yet there are mechanisms out there to make dealing with emotions easier and help set a course for correct life priorities and a brighter future.
Over the course of 4 days, we will explore the question “How do I choose the right life path?” Your job will be to identify helpful tools for your journey into the future.
Training course subjects:
Day 1 – Challenges in life
Day 2 – Methods of handling emotions
Day 3 – Art as an implement of building a life perspective
Day 4 – The power of community
The training course comprises four 90-minute (18:00-19:30) evening sessions targeting small groups (up to 15 participants) over 4 days: November 21st until November 24th.
Hosted by: Anastasia Mikhno
Certified psychologist & trainer from Kharkiv. MIEK (International Institute for Existential Counselling) consultant, member of the Israel Trauma Coalition training programme, community member of Global Facilitators Serving Communities working with groups in crisis.
